L'appartamento è molto comfortevole. La proprietaria Irene è molto gentile e cordiale e ci ha dato vari consigli molto utili per il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento e’ in un posto comodissimo per sciare e per fare la spesa.

The location

We made a mistake with the reservation: while searching on the internet for a location to go skiing with my partner and my 9 years old son I used a search for 2 adults. I found this appartement and by mistake I booked it on booking for 2 persons instead of 3. On the pre-checkin form I filled in that we were coming with 3 persons (not aware of the mistake I made). During our trip we called the lady owner that we were arriving in 1 hour so she could hand us the key as requested. Than she called back 5 minutes later that the appartement was booked for 2 and the pre-checkin form mentioned 3 persons. I confirmed that we were coming with 3. The lady owner told us it would be 900€ extra for my son! In the car we checked Booking.com: the price for 6 nights on booking was 2100€ (1 or 2 persons same price). Extra costs 400€ on booking for a third person for 6 nights. On arrival we explained that there was a misunderstanding and we were more than willing to pay the 400€. The lady owner persisted in the extra costs of 900€. We got into a discussion: we found it ridiculous to charge 900€ for 6 night for my son using the couch / sofa bed. Answer of the lady owner was that this was her local price for a third person (child or adult) and if we didn’t pay we could try to find another hotel or she would call the police 😳 What a complete rip off! To end the situation we payed the 900€ so we could start enjoy our vacation after a 10 hours drive.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony was lovely. The location was close to restaurants and groceries and an easy walk to the ski hire and Hohe Salve gondola.

Dish washing supplies and coffee/tea would be very handy.

Woning is afgewerkt met sfeervolle en prachtige materialen. Je komt er echt tot rust. Heerlijke vloerverwarming in de badkamer. Praktische keuken met al de nodige voorzieningen. Ook de dressing is een pluspunt!

The owner was so freindly and met at the location. She showed us around and gave great information about the area. We stayed here to see the cows parade. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and great location
