"clean, centrally located place"

it’s located in the heart of Santiago (which is great if you want to be close to everything) and the contact / service was great.

it’s located in the heart of Santiago which also means it is not quiet spot. you hear the town buzz all day and most of the night, so I would recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. the flat is also rather dark.

"Fabulous apartment in old Santiago."

Great location, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Close to all major attractions but quiet at night.

Would have been great to have a kettle, and kitchen surface space very limited.

Really nice, great location in historic area, quiet, responsive staff that quickly responded to one of the concerns/requests during our stay.

-Hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. -apartment doesn't work for Correos Paq Mochila. Before booking, I asked the property if they could receive our bags. They said yes, and that they would provide Correos with a code. However, by mere chance, I learned the day the bags were to be dropped off, that I (not the property) had to give Correos the code to enter the building and apartment. Too late for organizing with Correos at that point! Correos later told me they actually had a code but they were not able to enter the place. a bit disorganized on the property's end, and we ended up having to pick up our luggage elsewhere and pay additional fees for that.

Comfortable apartment. Spacious. In the old town and within walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Great internet and lovely hot water with good pressure.

no kettle so tried to boil water on the stove but couldn’t get stove working. They need some instructions. Likewise it took a couple of days to get the towel rail heater going. Also nothing about the local area. It was on the last day we discovered a little supermarket close by. Other properties we have stayed in have recommendations and information about the local area. While these might seem petty issues it stopped this apartment being 5*
