Very good contact with the owners and warm welcome from them: they personally handed the keys and gave information we needed and a lot more. The appartment spacious, clean and warm. Beds comfy , enough towels ,nothing to complain about. Perfect location for Camino, restaurants and shops, supermarkets just steps away. Walking distance from train station. We would like to stay there again in the future when we are in Santiago. Really worth recommending .

Clean spacious apartment in a perfect location. Nice touch with beers and drink fir our girls in the fridge and the cakes.

Only downside was no dishwasher so wasn’t necessary and there was a strange clock sound all through the night from a neighbouring apartment

This was a three bedroom, two bath apartment with a great kitchen and a washer dryer. There are at least five restaurants on the same block, and three grocery stores within one block. They have an elevator and the owner even works out parking in a garage one block away. The parking wasn't free, cause it cost 19 Euro for the three days/two nights that we were there, but the car was safe and we could come and go as often as we liked. The owner and his wife met us out front of his apartment and helped us into the room. Very nice people. They don't speak English, but he is very good with the Google Translate app, so we did just fine.

There is only one thing that I didn't really like, and it is minor, but but the owners need to understand this. They have a note on the dryer saying something to the effect that they don't think that the washer and dryer should be used for people who are only staying a couple of days. We were only there for three days and two nights, but the washer and dryer were the primary reason we booked this place! They need to take down that note and let it go.

Clean, spacious, well supplied. Host thought of everything. Close to train and bus stations, city center and Cathedral.

very comfortable, plenty of room, good beds, clean and well equipped. A short walk to the historic centre of Santiago and easy walking distance to the bus for the airport. Everything we needed! And the owner, Manuel, was very helpful.

We liked everything.

Cleanliness was superb. Attention to detail in the apartment, they had everything you needed for a self catering stay. Communication was fantastic with Manuel and his wife. Very obliging and let us keep our bags there till much later in the day on the last day. Everything was perfect. Location is on a road with a cafe bar opposite, which doesn't close until the early hours. Supermarket directly underneath for anything you need also.

Noise at night in the building. Stayed for 4 nights and awake till 4am on the last night with drunk and noisy people in other apartments. Doors banging and shouting till the very early hours. This is no fault of the owner of his apartment, just inconsiderate others.
