The view of the waterfront and city was wonderful from the property which was up the hill from the town

It was not easy to get into the town. There was a bus each hour or a 12-15 minute walk which was steep with steps. The property needs to leave instructions on where to find the paths to walk down to the centre as it was not easy to find. The property needs maintenance as some things either did not work or needed fixing.

Swimmingpool, sehr schönen Ausblick. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang sowie das Meer anschauen. Sehr Schön! Schönen Garten. Für diejenigen, die Ruhe wollen und brauchen, ein idealer Ort.

Die Garage für das Auto ist sehr klein. Ohne Auto ist es schwierig, denn die Busse, die dort vorbeifahren, sind selten. Wenn Sie zum Strand oder in die Stadt laufen möchten, müssen Sie z.B. eine lange Treppe mit 100 Stufen hinuntergehen.

De locatie is geweldig. Het uitzicht kan niet beter. Echt waanzinnige plek. Ook het appartement met 3x 2p slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is top. Zwembad is heerlijk. Dorpje leuk en in omgeving genoeg te doen, zoals wandeltocht naar portofino, boot huren met de trein naar genua, etc...

In het appartement is de keuken ietwat prehistorisch. Het voldoet, maar is beperkt. Verder voorziet t zwembad maar in 2 ligbedden die bij t appartement horen en anderenmag je niet gebruiken. De parkeerplek onder t complex is top, maar niet heel groot. Met een grote wagen is t wat lastig. Verder ligt t appartment ergens op de berg, naar t dorp is t 10min lopen, maar terug wel bergop. Prima om de borrel en pizza eraf te lopen, maar als je er niet op rekent een tegenvaller.

I didn’t like the comfort and the neighborhood,

The apartment was spacious, light and very well appointed. The views were absolutely stunning and the building itself was lovely. The swimming pool was also great. It was very useful to be able to park the car (although the garage was quite narrow and wouldn't suit a very large car). The information provided was very good

It was a bit further out of town than we had expected but the views made up for that. The only thing that we didn't like was that the only way to walk into town was down a lot of steps (and coming back up was very hard in the heat). You also had to walk about 100m to where the steps began and the road was busy and had no pavement (sidewalk) so this felt a little bit dangerous.

Had a very nice view of the town and we could see the fireworks over the Harbour very well.

The parking was a little difficult a we had a van but not terrible.
