Poderia ter algo de gentileza como chás, um café solúvel na chegada. Não tem ar condicionado então no verão deve ser ruim

Ambiente super agradável, limpo e arrumado. Aquecimento funciona muito bem e o Residencial possui uma otima localização!

A Televisão poderia ser um pouco maior e poderiam avisar que caso deixe o carro na parte externa (abaixo das árvores) ele será batizado excessivamente com excrementos de pássaros.
