Uno sguardo sul lago Appartam

Margherita's communication was clear and she waited in the flat for our arrival. We walked from the station wheeling our cases. She was very friendly and told us all we needed to know. She was able to accommodate a couple of specific requests that we had. The apartment felt as if it could be a home, not just a holiday let, as it was so well-equipped and comfortable. The location on the lakeside was perfect, with views from the window at the front over the ferry pier, and over the little shopping street at the rear. There is an excellent pasticceria in this street, and a small supermarket off the nearby town centre car park. There are also plenty of restaurants. This is such a lovely place that it might get very busy at the height of the summer season.

The location of this apartment is ideal as it faces the lake with a beautiful view. Along with that, restaurants are each side of the accommodation. The railway station is less than 10 minuite walk also. Most important is that this is a large, roomey accomodation with everything you need there. Margherite, who owns the property, was very helpful (despite the fact that we never met personally). I would highly recommend this accommodation and I will look for it if and when I return to Passignano. .

Everything perfect. So much attention to detail. The host is attentive to her guests as she is the property!! A great location and choice for anyone visiting Passignano!

Everything wonderful!

This was like walking into a very pleasant weekend home. The extras provided were very generous and would suit all tastes. Extremely well equipped. It was lovely to be able to do a little food preparation ourselves.

Minor problem with fridge and slow draining shower.

Amazing location- very central and over looking the water. Incredibly well stocked apartment with all that you'd need to cook and wash clothes. The host had kindly filled the fridge and pantry with some staples and treats. Great communication. Delicious bakery just 2min walk away. Restaurants all within 5mins walking. Very spacious and comfortable space.

If you're a light sleeper, the town church bells toll every 15mins. We could tune them out easily (and our 5month old baby wasn't distrurbed). This would be a problem throughout town, but if you're very noise sensitive, perhaps staying further away from the church and main road would be better.

The apartment is very spacious and centrally located.
