Please inform Pinus Village Appartamento in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in takes place at the apartment. Check-in after 20:00 is possible at an extra charge. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them when booking at a surcharge of EUR 15 per person. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 3.6 per day when used.
