La ubicación

Estaba bastante sucio y deteriorado , pero lo peor que nos hicieron responsable del deterioro del apartamento perdiendo parte de la fianza . Cuando quisimos arreglar el problema , cristina nos trató con bastante soberbia y mala educación

Дешевше ніж інші подібні помешкання. Верхній поверх. Велика площа. Достатньо гарячої води. Велика тераса (дах). Безкоштовний паркінг за 10 хвилин пішки. В спальня є трете ліжко. Зручно з дитиною. Навпроти є чудова бургерна, рекомендую! На вулиці багато барів. З п'ятниці на суботу було дуже шумно. Це може бути мінусом, якщо ви плануєте спати вночі. Варто це враховувати.

Вони вимагають завдаток 100€ готівкою. Про це є попередження на букінгу, не проблема. Але дівчина запізнилась на пів години, щоб виселити нас. Загалом враження було таке, що вони сподіваюстся, що ви не дочекаєтесь, щоб забрати гроші. В тій квартирі немає нічого, що могло би бути пошкоджене на 100€. Всі меблі старі та вже пошкоджені. Матраци виглядають новими, але в ліжках відсутня частина ланелей, тому не скрізь зручно спати. Кухонні меблі пошкоджені. Диван дуже потертий і пагано розкладається. В стола відпадає ніжка. На кухні знайшлася кавоварка зі зламану ручкою і пліснявою. Підставка під посуд липка, ми не змогли користуватися. Видно, що в квартирі нещодавно фарбували стіни і в ній добре прибирають, на скільки це можливо. Але, все в дуже старе і, очевидно, вже відпрацювала сві ресурс. Але ціна дійсно низька. Ванна чиста.

Las instalaciones se pueden mejorar, como es el sofa cama, las camas y cositas que ya están estropeadas
