Die Apartments haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, sie sind die besten im Pitztal! Sie sind günstig gelegen, in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwege. Geräumig und komfortabel zum Wohnen, mit perfekter Sauberkeit und hohem Komfort. Es gibt eine Küche mit allem Notwendigen und sogar Kaffee und Tee für die Gäste! Vielen Dank an die gastfreundlichen Gastgeber, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I have been working in tourism for over twenty years. I am going to try to give you as honest a review as possible. The location is brilliant, you start to hike from your accommodation and continue till the glacier, Taschachtal or Rifflsee. There is a possibility of little shopping in the village nearby if needed. Remember that between 12:00 - 14:00 they have a break and check the closing time. You can order bagels or bread at the landlady (Sunday not possible). You can cook in your room but the oven is in the hall. It is small so you should think about what you plan to cook or find a restaurant to your liking. There is a coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, so that is ok. The capsule coffee machine and tea bags are for the clients to be used for FREE. (Edited: After very pleasant email, that the criticism is only partly true.) The tax per person from 15 years old is 2€ per night and paid cash on the spot. You may be asked to pay 100 € as a deposit which will be returned after inspection of the apartment. Remember that it is in cash.

I am afraid that the reviews from the previous clients are absolutely right. The first word is neglect. I have to say that everything was clean but the neglect is about the overuse. The mattresses are done, they need to be replaced as well as the so called sofa bed. I could hear 90's screaming all the way. The bedding have seen the better times as well. The sheet on the sofa bed was almost see through. The cheap polyester covers were a nightmare. You have to realise that there is time to replace things and invest the money in it. The kitchenette is tiny but works ok. The fridge is probably hanging on the last thread to work. The bathroom is very small, so small that you have to adjust your movements. I don't know what bigger people could do. The towels remember better times as well. Otherwise the bathroom was very clean. The furniture in the kitchen/ living room is old, overused, there is not a curtain in the kitchen just an upside down hanging draper. The WiFi is weak, all the time popping out, so If you need to work a bit during the visit, you may forget about it, because there is no proper signal as well. All in all, you may be ok but these are things I find very important for you to know so you choose a proper place to your liking and standards. We would like to thank Mrs. Margit and Mr. Lothar who are making miracles and are very helpful. Even though the place is being neglected by the owner, they make it spotless clean and cosy for the clients. Dear owner, when someone calls you and you don't pick up the phone and don't bother to call back, that makes a whole picture about you . By the way, not to inform your clients about the wander path being closed due to the landslides and flooding is absolutely unacceptable. Fix it.

Il bagno era davvero piccolo, soprattutto il lavandino. Anche il water era troppo attaccato al muro e una persona con disabilità fa davvero fatica.
