Awesome views, quiet, trails are at the doorstep as well. Lost my keys there, got them sent asap, thanks again.

We were 4 adults per flat, bunk beds were a bit too small for us.

Absolutely the best owners/family we’ve ever met!! So incredibly sweet and kind. They welcomed us and stood there waiting for us to arrive. They gave us tips for a day out, but we also had some really great chats and we shared a good laugh. Their children played with ours in a very great way. Two of them actually had the same name as our own children. We spoke German and English, and we understood eachother….they gave us some fruit and vegetables from their own garden, so sweet! The appartment itself was great. Very, very clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We sat there a lot, even when it was raining. The kitchen had everything you need, including a microwave. The matrasses in the bedroom are, of course, very personal. We stayed for two weeks and got enough handtowels. After a week, we got new ones and they took the used ones immediately to wash. Ost-Tirol is very beautiful. Summer in Sankt Jakob does not mean: every day it’s 30 degrees….most of the time it was about 22 degrees. Perfect for a hard walk in the mountains….yes, we had some rain and thunder, but most of the time the weather was perfect. At least for us it was! Lots of things to do and family Böhm can tell you all about it! For us, it was our best holiday so far and we will absolutely come back here!

We can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Like we said, the matrasses are personal. Maybe if you have back issues, the matrasses on the biggest bed are not the best. They were slightly saggy, but not everone will be bothered by that.
