"The unit is just tantamount to what you paid for."

The place is situated in a mall which was a plus since its convenient when you want to grab a food or maybe loiter around the mall and buy some stuff.

So far its just the banging of doors of other tenants from other tenants during wee hours. Also I believe that the units that we stayed on for 2 days can still improve.
