Location

No AC in the second room. And the AC at the bedroom was not working. The repairman came while we were around, and we had to leave the room. The requested time for the repairman to come was not accommodated. And the AC was not cold enough after the repair. The washing machine area was dusty, and the washing machine was dusty too.

Shower hose leaking. Had to fix it myslf. Wash basin trap leaking. Roaches in d living area, kitchen sink.

Complete kitchen facilities for those intent to cook. Suitable for family of 6 since extra mattress provided. Clean & neat. Highly recommended. Ample parking at level 6 and 7 with security.

The owner is incredibly considerate, providing extra amenities like swimming towels and plug extesions for guests. The unit is impeccably clean and tidy, with a delightful fragrance. The electrical appliances, including the water heater, are modern and safe. Having visited a few times before, I must say this is the best unit I've experienced yet.
