Apartment is tiny. It's nice that they provide baby cot but if you put it to the bedroom you can barely move around or get to the wardrobe. Wifi works few seconds per day Not suitable for family with baby as there is no elevator and stairs are not very wide so it's hard to get the pram up to the apartment Restaurant downstairs is quite loud

The location is perfect. The only thing was the apartment lacked of many basic things. The towels are old, we only have 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days of stay. The kitchen is not equip. No kitchen towels, salt, coffee, chopping board. It wasn’t friendly for a family with baby or kids as taking the stairs was a challenge. The wifi also barely works.

We stayed for ten days (a couple with kids aged 1, 5 & 7) and we all loved this place. The beach and sand, as well as a very popular local bar & cafeteria, are literally on your doorstep, but at the same time you enjoy complete privacy in the first floor apartment, three metres above it all. The dining room has stunning views of the sea, making you feel like you are in a cabin on a ship. On the beach you will almost only meet Spaniards, mostly locals, who have come to swim or sunbathe after their working day. Don't expect the sterile and artificial cleanliness of the big tourist resorts like Maspalomas; instead, enjoy the local atmosphere! The noise from the pub is drowned out by the roar of the ocean. Be prepared to "fight for a parking space" every night :) Enjoy a pleasant walk along the coast to El Bufadero and further south to the lighthouse. Take the opportunity to watch the local bustle in the bar in the evenings and the football matches of the young men and boys on Saturdays, to listen to the relaxed conversations of the older people every afternoon on the bench next to the door, to see the beautiful sunrises every morning...

The view was beautiful & apartment nice and clean. Host was nice, she didn't speak much English, but translating app saved the day. No need to worry about the fact that the apartment seems to be in a busy place, it was nice and quiet during the nights and during daytime too. (At least in the beginning of March) We had couple questions and the host replied to us really fast and even offered to recommend us some places worth visiting. Definitely would stay there again.

The freezer part of refrigerator didn't work and the refrigerator wasn't as cold as it's supposed to be and the unit kept ringing a alarm every 12h or so, that was kinda annoying. Couple times in the shower after 2-3 minutes the cold water pretty much ran out (don't know how's that even possible) and had to finish showering under pretty hot water.
