"Good 2-bedroom apartment in a good location"

The apartment is in a nice area and has great suroundings. There's lots of restaurants right outside the door. The balcony is overlooking the boardwalk, so you never miss whats going on.

Bathroom and kitchen wasn't particularly clean. Dishes and glasses needed to be washed before using. Apartment has a dishwasher, but only one program was working. Overall the apartment seems quite worn. One of the sockets where hanging out from the wall. It was promised that maintenance would come and fix it, but they never did. I even made an appointment with them, so I stayed in, waiting. After 2 hours I get a message that they'll come by the next day instead. I never heard from them again.
