La limpieza, las almohadas, y luego me cobraron 20€ por venir a abrirnos y nadie nos abrió.

El apartamento era moderno y con bastante espacio. Está en centro ciudad.

Lo qué no nos gustó absolutamente nada fue qué no se especificó qué el apartamento era en zona azul, lo qué significa que de Lunes a las 8:00 hasta el Sábado a las 16:00 todos los aparcamientos en un radio de 5 millas son de pago. Cuándo lo.dijimos.a los anfitriones nos echaron la culpa a nosotros, insinuando qué deberíamos hacer sabido qué era el.centro. ciudad y qué la.mayoria de huéspedes no llevan coches .hay qué especificar esas cosas y punto. Además, el apartamento no era el más limpio qué hemos visto. La secadora no funcionaba y había un ruido horrible por las noches en las calles qué apenas deja dormir. No repetiremos

Everything was fine except the day of departure. As it turned out, the code in the lock changes at 11:00 am. The children and I went out to buy food for the road and were unable to get back to the apartment for 30 minutes. The owner did not answer calls or messages. It cost me a lot of nerves and a funny look in front of the waiting taxi driver.. Recommendation - please warn in advance about the change of stake in the castle.. and be in touch on the day of arrival and departure..

The kitchen is well equipped. You get everything you can expect and then more. Beds were comfy and despite the street noise, I got some good sleep.

The place is run-down and lots of things needed fixing. Plug in the kitchen, shower in the bathroom, toilet, oven safety glass. It is very dark in the room. There were ants. The couch was very dirty. The cover on the couch was also full of stains when we checked in. The tiles were dirty. There were lots of little things that ruined the overall image of the place, such as hanging wires, bad paint jobs, etc.

Good location. Close to several grocery stores, cafes, bakeries. Walking distance to two beaches. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a washer and a dryer, lots of utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster. Host responded fast and was friendly. Beds were comfortable. The wifi was excellent.

The score of the apartment (currently 8.0) does not reflect the quality of the flat. In reality, the place is dilapidated, dirty (especially the tiles and the couch) and very dark. The pictures in booking.com make it seem that it is light and airy place but in reality the glass is not see-through and you need lights even during daytime. There are ribbed metal shades but only some of the shades work (impossible to open and shut). We stayed here for almost a month and would have switched but it was impossible to find anything similar size in Las Palmas during the holidays. The problems started as soon as we'd moved in. The plugs in the kitchen were broken and just hanging on the wall. The host said they weren't aware. The couch was so dirty and full of stains that I was repulsed to sit on it. We washed the cover straight away but this helped only a little. We bought some stuff to clean the floors. There were loose wires hanging in the living room. The toilet was not working properly from day one - with every flush, a little water leaked from the back of the toilet. Then, a day later, the toilet seemed totally blocked and with every flush we had pee/poo leaking from back of the toilet. The host organised a handyman who did something but mainly sealed the cracks between the toilet and floor. Needless to say, it did not help. The next day, the problem was even worse. There was so much water/pee/poo mixture flowing from the toilet that it flooded the living room floor. The morning was spent drying up the floor. We used up all the towels and had to wash these because we did not get any replacements. Handyman came once again, did something and left. The toilet was not working properly. Since it was holidays, the handyman could not come straight away and we had to not use the toilet for more than 24 hours. It's difficult when you have two small kids who do not understand what is going on.
