Apartment Abora Garden with terrace, pool, extensive gardens and free parking

The apartment is very good - sparkling clean, equipped with everything you need, in a good location - quiet area, near supermarkets and the beach. View from the window to the pool and garden. But the most important thing was the parking space in the basement of the house! After the first part of the trip in the South of the island, where finding a parking space for a rental car was a real problem, here it was excellent! And lovely Noelia was definitely the sweetest and warmest landlady ever! Thank you so much, Noelia!

Apartment was clean and well equipped but small.

Location was aweful. Big noisey construction sites next door and along street. Gym equipment not maintained. Apartment had no balcony sun awning.

Nice quiet area. A good sized pool. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to shops and public transport. About a 15 minute walk to the beach. Coffee and a bottle of water in apartment on arrival. Washing machine, drier, microwave and air conditioning. Good sized TV. The property had a gym but I didn't use it.

Everything was exceptional, the location, facilities, owner and flat staff. 100% recommended ❤️

On the first day, the staff in charge of Home For Guest forgot to tell me that the key was not at the original collection point and we lose time after our arrival going to the main office of Home For Guest trying to find where was the key (the two girls there were very helpful) but the truth is that we have to have the information before our arrival, not the same day. In the end, the key was in the property.

We really liked the pool (despite the fact we did not have enough time to enjoy it more:-)), private parking and the quiet building complex. We had a really great time there. There is a Lidl shop just a short distance from the appartment and it is also not far away to get to Las Canteras. We can recommend! Great place to stay!

The only difficulty was the handling over the keys to the appartment. We had to arrive from the airport via the public transport to the city centre for the keys and then we had to travel accross the city again to the destination (appartment). It was very uncomfortable with the luggage. If the keys had been at the appartment residence it would have been much more easier for us. I would also appreciate if we could receive the information about the keys a day or two in advance. We received it just a few hours ahead (while already in plane) and since we do not have internet in our cellphones to collect new emails and we do not use WhatsUp, it was complicated. It would also be easier if we got just one information leaflet instead of four different documents. But the owners were very helpful and they walked us through the entire process over the phone.

Great location, quiet area near city center and easily accessible by car. We were lucky to be able to pick up the keys from the cleaning team on arrival otherwise we'd have to go to another location to pick them up. The apartment was spacious and had everything you might need. There is also pool and gym but we didn't get to use them.

Would be nice to have some cooking oil and salt in the kitchen. And some more toiletries (there was just hand soap available). We had a bit of a difficulty with check in as the cleaning lady didn't speak any english but all went well in the end.

Dirty pillow and bed sheets. Terrible agency customer support (besides one employer who tried to help). Ignored my requests and avoid contacting me. Never again!
