Apartamento Las Canteras Beachway

Location is amazing,close to the beach, bus station, shops, restaurants and also parking garage. The host was very friendly and on time, apartment clean.

There was no hot water not even warm in the shower, the kitchen was big enough but you need to clean the trash yourself. The costs are too high for what you get.

Équipements laissant à désirer: manipulations portes de placards non aisée car mal installées, machine à laver bruyante, disjoncteur sautant régulièrement sans raison, certains ustensiles cuisine de très mauvaise qualité avec aucune utilisation possible. Accueil et remise de clés très rocambolesque … sans anticipation.

Lovely clean apartment centrally located and great for supermarket … which was within same block

Car parking a real hassle but not the fault of the accommodation … had to park about 1km away and move it every day in and out of the 3€ for 24hrs

The apartment was in a great location for us, which was our main reason for choosing it. Comfortable bed, good shower, very well equipped kitchen.

Probably the worst key collection system we have experienced in many years of travelling. Best House you need to do something about this. Messages by phone are not what good customer service is about. The apartment is spartan and could do with a deep clean. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. In the bedroom two bed side lamps but only one was able to be connected.

The apartment was nicely equipped and clean. Location is nice, close to the sea. When we found some damages in apartment, the manager managed the fixing within day (but why it is not fixed before arrival?)

The property manager made us pickup the keys in their office (few blocks away) not bothering to bring it to the location bcs. "she needs to take care of other clients". The same request came when checking out, we were requested to bring it back to their office address. If I would be single, no big deal but when you travel with 2 small kids and lot of luggage, this doesn't work.
