Great location 2mins to promenade walk alongside the beach, variety of great restaurants along the way, would highly recommend El Gallo Felix, try the Fondue Bourguignonne x 2 for a fun eating experience 😀 also 2 mins away call into Floriana Marcucci at the BeautyCentre for a Manicure/pedicure, amazing Lady, Hair Salon also. 10/15 mins stroll to Bus station & shopping center.

Good apartments, clean and cozy. Convenient location near the embankment. The apartments have all the conditions for a comfortable stay. I recommend.

The property was good value for money. Clean and with everything you need. Location was good.

The conversation with the property owner was very poor and not quick from minute one. He wouldn’t respond to messages on Booking.com where I asked for practical things (such as parking or food - surely something everyone asks). On the day of arrival I was a bit anxious, as communication was very badly managed. He contacted me to ask for the time of arrival even though this was shared on booking.com twice (at time of booking, and on a message later when the owner walked. We had issues with parking as the apartment is right in the centre. Our flight was delayed (and I updated the owner of this and he asked me to let him know once in the door so he could open and give me a code). Once we arrived to Las Palmas, we were looking for parking options for like an hour. Private and public, as all were full. Once parked I messaged the owner to say that we were grabbing a quick bite before restaurants close, and he didn’t reply (for about an hour) this was around 11.30. I called several times and messaged. Also contacted booking.com as we were worried. His response wasn’t apologetic whatsoever… he just said ‘it was getting late and I thought you were not coming anymore’. No messages, no calls… he just assumed. No major apology for having us waiting outside for an hour at that time of the night. No communication after I said we were in the flat until the morning of the check out so say we need it to leave at 11 because they had more people coming in (this was part of the booking anyway, so we were aware). Overall the apartment was lovely, but the communication and his attitude quite bad. All apartment should have a ‘helpful information page with parking, food, etc)

Cleanliness. I don't care if others things aren't as promised but a clean apartment is extremely important.

TV sound wouldn't respond to the remote or otherwise. Shower had a slow flow! Buy otherwise excellent! I would go again.

The apartment is spacious and with everythig you need for the stay, the staff is nice and friendly. The location is quite good and easy to walk to from the bus stop, it's also close to the beach.

The pressure of the shower is very small and it's hard to shower comfortably.

One of the best places to stay in Las Palmas. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A quiet and cosy place with a very welcoming host. Highly recommended!

It is a great location close to the beach shops, restaurants and 8 min from public bus and the bus connection with the airport, the interior is clean all the apartment and quiet street only pedestrians and the person of contact is a nice guy and very quickly is answered back. Highly recommend for a family the place.
