Buena ubicación cerca de Las Canteras. Está reformado y nuevo, muy bien especialmente el baño.

Hace mucho calor dentro y aunque tiene un ventilador en el techo no es suficiente. El resto de inconvenientes son derivados de estar en el centro, no del propio estudio. Se puede aparcar en las calles colindantes pagando zona azul o verde pero hay que tener paciencia para encontrar sitio (conveniente descargarse la app LPA Park). Ruido de la calle. Retenciones diarias para entrar en Las Palmas.

I travel a lot both for work and leisure and always stay in apartments. Trust my words, this apartment is more than great, it’s just marvellous! I would reasonably call it the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Spacious, bright, flawlessly clean, fully equipped for any type of stay (solo, couple or even family), classy design and really high quality materials. Special mentioning goes to USB-C sockets next to regular ones, it was a life saver since I travel with only one adaptor. Divinely comfortable bed, brand new linen, amazing sunrises every morning and sea visible from the balcony. You can clearly feel that Dario (owner) contributes enormously to make it a cozy, safe and very pleasant place to stay. Now to practical points. The apartment is ideally located halfway from bus terminal to Canteras beach, making it so easy to get there once you’re in Las Palmas. Start your morning with a stunning only 4 minute walk to the beach, breathe fresh air, indulge yourself with a swim and get back to the apartment for breakfast. At your disposal you have laundry machine, fridge, microwave, stove, tableware, kitchenware and lots of other useful equipment like hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc. I want to emphasise that everything is brand new! Quite a rare thing for apartments with affordable prices nowadays. Here price/quality rate is over any expectation. The bathroom is without single blemish, pristinely clean and modern, as if I were the first guest to stay there. I truly had a feeling that I’m home away from home. Overall, if you read this review trying to make your final decision about place to stay in Las Palmas, don’t doubt, book with Dario and thank me later. Meanwhile I want to thank Dario for unforgettable impressions and pleasant stay in his apartment. Whenever I’m back to GC, that’s my place to be!
