Front line sea view with spacious balcony. Well supplied with towels and bedding Very well equipped, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, juicer, toaster etc. Plenty of cleaning products.

The best part of the apartment is the large spacious terrace with amazing ocean views. The apartment is also large enough and you will find everything you may need during your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

The terrace was amazing , so spacious and lots of furniture. The apartment was so well stocked with lots of extras , very thoughtful . The host was great , check in was easy , the location was very convenient…… and the views from the terrace were fab

A coat of paint to freshen the place would make it even better ….. the apartment was very clean however some stains on the walls and doors made it look a bit tired .

Apartment was excellent. We were most impressed by: - ⁠Terrace size and view - The quality of the inside - ⁠How clean it is - ⁠The location and view of the sea from every window - ⁠Items not expected - toilet roll, amount towels, salt, pepper, sugar etc - ⁠There are to many to list) We have had an amazing time!

The flat has an amazing view with big windows overlooking the sea. It also has a massive balcony where one can sunbathe or watch the waves. The flat has everything one might need (apart maybe from a toaster) including cleaning equipment, beach equipment, plenty of cooking equipment, etc. It is also pretty quiet, there is only one adjacent flat but no-one was there during my stay. And otherwise you only hear the sound of the waves all day long. All in all it's pretty outstanding. It could also be a nice holiday flat for a couple or maybe a small family, too.

There are only a few details that could be better. One is that the pool in the apartment block was still empty during my stay and couldn't be used (I prefer the sea anyway). One is that the shower slowly runs out of hot water after 6 or 7 minutes even if the boiler has been on full power. And finally, there is a chance you'll see some cockroaches during your stay (very common in Las Palmas) but it wasn't a big problem.

Great location and big terrace in front of the sea. All the services (restaurants, shops, supermarkets) very close to the premises. Good location as a starting point for excursions throughout the island (close to Santa Catilina bus station)

Our experience is unfortunately negative: once entered the flat we found the kitchen full of cockroaches. We informed the owner which promptly called a specialist to fumigate them. During the next days we still found a few of them. He told us it could take some time to get rid of them and I guess a week is not enough. All in all not the best way to spend a holiday in Canary Islands in an apartment in front of the sea. Don’t expect a luxurious apartment: this is a relatively old flat with a big terrace towards the sea. Fantastic view outside, not that much inside. The apartment has been partially renovated throughout the years, but you can see (and smell) numerous signs of humidity infiltration, especially in the ceiling. I warmly suggest to contact the owner before booking to make sure the cockroach problem has been solved.
