Elegant living with great views of Las Canteras Beach

The view is just gorgeous. The flat has everything you need at home, kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped with all necessities. It’s located 2-3 minutes walk to the main beach of the city which is clean and each descent to the water is equipped with shower which is great. The neighborhood is quiet, even during the night of 31st of December it was not loud at all.

Sometimes in the bathrooms we could feel smell of sewage and there was no air freshener to get rid of it. But the smell wasn’t very strong, so it’s not a real issue.

Carlos, the host met us to give us entry to the garage, and show us to our apartment. He gave us details of places to eat, and was available on text with any queries we had. The apartment was lovely, very clean with all the facilities you would need. Comfy bed, no complaints. The garage was a real bonus as parking was metered in places, and very sought-after.

The owner is very helpful, flat is very clean, well equipped, great location, close to the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants, nothing was missing here - coffee, tea, fruit, a bottle of wine, Thank you, Carlos

We chose it because of the location and the parking and it exceeded our expectations on both. We arrived before handover but Carlos met us early and let us into the underground car park where there is a dedicated space for the apartment. We then took a stroll into the city centre and back along the beach front and had some lunch while they finished cleaning and Carlos messaged us when they were done. The pictures and description don't really do it justice - there is a large room with lounge at the front with a great view of the beach and Tenerife in the distance with a kitchen area and dining table at the back of it. A double bedroom with en-suite and a second bedroom with single beds and another bathroom. The kitchen had every utensil you could need and lots of ingredients and herbs and spices in the cupboards. The apartment block is clean and fresh and there are 4 lifts so we never had to wait very long for one. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbouring flats. This is a very well presented apartment and we had a great stay

We couldn't get the TV to find any English channels. Not really a problem and it was nice to get away from the TV for a week.

A great view combined with a stylish and spacious apartment with all amenities without forgetting the great host. What else could you want from a holiday apartment.
