Very spacious, clean and with complete facilities :)

Carmen es una anfitriona excepcional. Detallista y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Muchas gracias por todo, Carmen. El apartamento es lo suficientemente grande para cuatro adultos. Tiene dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y un baño con todo lo necesario. La zona del salón y la terracita es muy agradable y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario. Está en una zona intermedia entre la parte histórica (Catedral, Teatro Pérez Galdós, Mercado de Vegueta, Triana,...) y la zona del puerto y la Playa de las Canteras. Está cerca de la playa de Alcaravaneras y con acceso directo al paseo que recorre toda la costa de la ciudad. Bien conectado en guagua con el aeropuerto, si solo vas a la capital y no quieres alquilar coche. En la zona podrás encontrar supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes.

Отличная квартира! Всё соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Очень чисто, уютно и современно. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания – удобная кровать, полностью оборудованная кухня, быстрый Wi-Fi. Район спокойный и удобный, рядом магазины и общественный транспорт. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, легко связаться, быстро отвечает на сообщения и помог с заселением. Приятный бонус – мелкие детали вроде свежего белья, полотенец и кофе. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и рекомендую другим путешественникам.

The flat was in a nice location very near the busy port which was lively with good restaurants, but a long way from the town centre, which wasn’t as nice as the port, but the bus routes were good . It was also near all the main routes out of the town. We travelled all round the northern part of the island whilst there. Carmen the host could not have been more helpful. The flat was extremely well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. Very clean. It was not a modern flat but comfortable to stay in. It had a lift and felt very safe and was quiet.

On street parking was was impossible. We had to resign ourselves to paying but the best place to park is by the port which was around 15- 20 euros per day. Could do with some new pillows as these were very hard.

Love it, love it , live it! First of all Carmen, the hostess. Reliable, informative and very welcoming. You will feel like home. Secondly the location. We have totally fallen in love with this area; The parks , the bar & restaurants , the port everything on your doorstep. It’s also a very safe neighbourhood. Have a dinner at Mondo in the harbour, a lunch at Silva 42 and a cocktail on the rooftop of the hotel Santa Catalina. It will make your stay, we promise. Trude & Roger

Spacious and airy apartment which was well equipped. The host was wonderful and at hand to help. Would definitely rebook if returning to Gran Canaria.
