Buena atención, muy buena ubicación

Pequeñas faltas de mantenimiento, Nada graves.

La ubicación y a pesar de ser pequeño era muy completo. Tenía todo lo necesario, moderno y bien equipado.

La cama, muy blanda.

Apartment is very atractive and clean, all staffs inside very usuful, there is all you actually need. It was real plaisure to stay on the apartment, excellent location, walking diatance to everithing and with the ocean view from the balcony, the host very responsive and kind.I kindly recommend it to ijoy tour Las Palmas stay. 🤩

Everithing was exceptional specially the bed, very comfortable , except the pilows

Great location, 2 minutes from the beach. Comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. It has a coffee machine. Supermarket 12min walking as well a shopping center.

Apto was not ready at the check-in time. No toiletries available, no a/c or fan, very warm. I got a fan after days. Electricity issues, you can't use stopoven and the kettle, for example. No olive oil or salt or pepper for cooking, neither coffee. You can hear the neighbours (microwave and washing machine) but not really loud, however the cleaner can be really loud while cleaning the other apartment...really noisy. Bars and people can be noisy night time if you keep the door opened and if you close it, you roste. Make you u get a fan.

Fantastic location one minute from the beach, very good communication with the host, lovely building with lift. Very clean, had everything we needed, would stay again.

The apartment is conveniently located only few steps from the beach and in the proximity of lots of shops, restaurants etc.

It is pretty dark inside and the area can be very loud. What I would like to warn others is the luck of support/timely response from the property. I had two big issues with the flat and both time had to wait the whole day for a response. Upon my arrival i noticed the shower handle was broken and it was not possible to use the shower. First thing in the morning I took a photo, sent it to the property together with the detailed description. I was getting no response. I tried to call the number, sending the messages, but no one responded for the whole day. I only got an answer in the evening, the guy came only to tell the shower is broken and cannot be fixed that day. So I spent two days not being able to use the shower. Two days after this incident all of the sudden there was electricity shortage in the flat. I checked the electricity box, all seemed fine, but at the same time there was electricity in the rest of the building. I messaged again the property and ask for an urgent reaction (as I worked remotely so this was something i had to get fixed asap) but again no response for the whole day. Since in the first 5 days of my stay i had two pretty serious issues that i didn’t get a support timely (and I booked the place for the whole month) i didn’t feel comfortable staying there longer. I asked the property to cancel the rest of my stay and get reimbursed for that part, but only answer i received is they will not give me back any money and were not ready to try to find any solution for it.
