We lost our key and a spare key was sorted very quick. Very happy overall Thank you

The fridge was nice to have, as well as the hairdryer. The tv had no remote so it was an ornament, couldn't use it. You can leave the bag before/after at the reception, but there is no specific room for it, you just put it against a wall and hope for the best.

You pick the keys from a reception, but the receptionist has to call the host to confirm they are good to give you the keys. I arrived earlier and there was no possibility for an early checkin. In fact, I had to wait past the checkin time to actually get the keys. Also the receptionist was smoking inside even if there were signs against this(and allowed a friend of his to do the same). Was not told of the pool access although I've heard the receptionist tell other guests About the host, after I arrived, I went for a nap. Less than 1h in, I hear aggressive door bangs, repeated bell ringing and the sound of a key in the door. I was awaken by the host that I haven't met at that point because he forgot a women's coat in the closet and wanted it back. If I hadn't left the key in the door he might've entered over me while I was sleeping. Imagine how would you react to be awaken, confused, with a strange men in your room. Also, the door had signs of forced entrance. In his first message I received after booking, he was threatening with legal action in case something goes missing from the apartment. Seriously?! Who adds that in the first message? This host would really benefit from a hospitality class. Also, one of the rules is that you have to not leave dirty dishes and you have to take out the trash. Is this airbnb now?! The blinds were ok but did not block that much light. The entrance door is strange, since it opens to less than 90 degrees, you kinda enter the bathroom, close the entrance, and then you access the room. The bathroom lights were quite low, so if you're tall and drying up with a towel, don't raise your hands or you'll hit the wires. Bring ear plugs, as the bars across the road play loud musing until the sunrise

double bed was asked for and was told it had one arrived to 2 single beds which we had to push together and kept falling through the gap ... not ideal .. host was doing work to the apartment during stay changing bathroom door over 2 days which wasn't ideal and should be done before letting it out ...this meant for 1 day no door on bathroom so no privacy ! also not all the pictures of apartment were upto date with some lights around balcony not there and a different bathroom to what was shown ... but apart from these things a nice enough place to stay !

Comfortable, homely, nice view, nice mattress, outdoor balcony kitchen good experience. Good property for anyone wanting their own space/Independant living

Need kettle & toaster, iron, washing up liquid & liquid for washing machine

The room was clean. They had provided a little heater, fan that provided some cool breeze. But was loud.

The music from the area, very loud and the apartment is not sound proof. The tiny single beds. No air conditioning. I didn't like the delay and issues at the reception desk to try and find my room key when I first checked in. I had to keep ringing the owner/organiser to sort out the issue.
