SEA VIEW 2BR TOPLOCTAION Heated pool 5 min to beach

Apartman location was good, also it has nice pool and terace. When we arrive there was water and 2 beer free for us.

Our stay was very disappointing. There was a constant bad smell coming from the toilet/shower area, and we had to keep a towel over it. The bathroom door did not close properly, and the sofa was dirty. We were only given one key for the entire stay... What made the experience worse was receiving a message asking us not to leave a any review if we are not happy, which felt unprofessional.

We had a lovely stay, the property is modern and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and nice spacious balcony overlooking the pool, sea and dunes in the distance. The heated pool is nice for a dip and the onsite bar great for a casual beer or glass of wine. Location good for local supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance, also handy for the rest of the island with a car. Maspalomas and Playa Des Ingles are within walking distance along the sea front if like a bit of a walk. We had no issues parking at any time during our stay.

Not much, there are quite a lots of steps up to the property that might be an issue for some guests. The bed in the main bedroom can only be accessed from one side but didn’t bother us.

Good location

There is a "heated pool" in the name of the apartment, but the host didn't know which one was heated. Non of them were. The downstairs neighbor turned off the water one morning because there was a leak. He said it wasn't the first time. Every morning I woke up and thought, I wonder if there will be water today.

Hosts Axel and Katja were excellent and very friendly. They were well-organized and quick to proactively reach out, and all the little details during the meeting and greeting made a significant difference. The property was great and served the purpose for our family of 5. We were there only early in the mornings and later after exploring the island. Also the swimming pools around were superb. The location is fabulous, most key attractions literally 20+ mins. Would highly recommend the place.

Everything was great. There were a few small ants, but they wouldn't be a problem if everything was kept clean and no food was left lying around.

Great location and the view. Very quiet but at the same time close to everything. Beach is only 5mins away, also shopping centre with restaurants and markets. Nice swimming pool in the complex and not crowded. Very well equipped kitchen, nothing was missing and lots of extra. Lovely balcony with the view and table for having your meals. Washing machine was very helpful to have. Many additional things that are very handy on a daily basis (sun bed bases, sand toys for kids, water and some refreshments at your arrival, many different type of glasses and plates, Nespresso and filter coffee machines and many more). Parking is public and free of charge. Didn’t have any issues finding a spot.

Pillows could be more comfortable especially for kids bunk bed (would say a bit worn out). 2nd set of keys could be provided as you can’t go separately as all complex requires a key to enter the gate. Not a big deal, but no toiletries in the bathroom ( would be nice to have soap at your arrival). Clothes hanging rack would be handy.

Despite beautiful ocean view from the balcony our stay was ruined by unpleasant encounter with insects (ants or small cockroaches) in the kitchen area. The number of these ants was growing every day, and on our final day they were not only in the kitchen area, but everywhere in the living room - on walls, floor. I even had to take them out of my luggage and belongings, when I arrived at the airport. I saw that other guests mentioned ants in their review and host has assured me that there won’t be any, when we arrive. Apart from that, there was misunderstanging about check-in, as we had to contact three different persons. The appartment was cleaned before our arrival, but it seemed that some areas needed an improvement and thorough cleaning. No toiletries. All in all, disgusting experience!

The apartment was in a very good location. Easy walk to the beach and shops. We very much enjoyed our stay. Our 3 year old son loved the pool. Axel was very helpful and helped us a lot whilst we were there. Highly recommend!
