"Never got to stay, the owner canceled my reservation"

Never got to it

This person cancel my reservation, because I had no signal on my phone to confirm that I was going to do the stay, 2 days before, I was supposed to be there , did not give me an opportunity of time to respond, 4 hours latter when I got WiFi on my phone I reply but she already rented the room to someone else, and said that because booking you don’t pay in advance

Very nice and clean appartment in quiet location, easy approachable and very friendly and supportive owners. Unfortunately we were not able to stay longer, but in case we would come again to Santiago, this would be our choice again.
