Property in a very central location. Rooms are new and are very clean and cosy.

I absolutely adored how comfortable, clean and well located this property was! The host even sent me a video how to find it, which I found very kind of him. Once i arrived, i only realized that the house is basically standing on the main square of Sao Pedro do Sul (Termas), five minutes walk from the bus stop.

Everything is clean and new , and right in front of the thermal facilities . Great location, easy to park. It also has a small kitchen with a microwave and a sink which can be handy . Spacious room.

Everything was good but the only down point which is out of the owners control is that it can be a bit noisy , due to being right next to the central square. Early in the morning I could hear the noises from the street

Very clean and modern room with easy to follow access instructions and great communication from the owner. Located right next to the termas and tourist office.

It would be helpful if there was some mention of the steep and narrow roads in the vicinity. We managed but others might not. Parking could be a problem at busier times of the year.
