Comfortable, spacious, clean and value for money

The apartment was clean and spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. Very nice view. Good position. Has parking underground parking that can be arranged.

The air conditioning worked but needs repairs in this particular unit.

Rooms were spacious but furniture was very reduced. Door lock hardly worked same with the lock of the outdoor. No staff available... Some other place next time... Check-out was quickly done and despite the fact that they demanded 50 euros deposit, they didn't check the room afterwards.

Stayed here a couple of times, good basic apartments (As a couple we've had two bedroom accommodation both times - so quite spacious). You can just about cook a meal/breakfast in the kitchen area. Lack of wifi in the rooms (It's in the reception/bar area only). Very close to decent, uncrowned beach, and Gibraltar is about 5 miles down the coast. The concierge, Mohamed is very helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this complex for 3 weeks. The hotel complex is very large but a lot are privately rented long term. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We were in a studio. The kitchen area is very small and was not very well equipped as we had to ask for a certain amount of basic utensils. However these were provided on request. The oven stopped working and this was also replaced so no problems there. The bathroom was very spacious with two sinks and a double spa bath. However great this was for a bath the spa did not work throughout the whole hotel so obviously switched off to save money. It was also difficult to get in and out of so if you aren't stable on your feet it is not for you. The pool area consists of three pools one for babies, one for disabled and an ordinary one. All quite small. Bear in mind they are seasonal. So check if open. They were closed when we got there in October and when we asked for a sun bed we were refused being told they were locked away. So not very happy there as we had nowhere to sit out in the sun. We did have a very large balcony but as it was covered did not get much sun. The complex is in a residential area so not anything to do but go on walks. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we never used this. There is also a restaurant near the supermarket 100 yards away. The supermarket is very good. There is also a Chinese bazar shop that's sells all sorts.

My wife left the keys in the apartment, went to reception where Eva the administator was very helpfull. She called the Handy man/Gardener who apparently also lives with his family on the permises. When explaining that we left the keys in the appartment the handyman said he would have to charge us €50.!!!! My wife has got kidney desaese and needs to take her medicins on set times on the day. She didnt know what else to do then to pay to be able to take her medicins. we didnt got a receipt for the service either. I find it unacceptable that they charge you such rate and telling you in your face that if you would call a locksmith you would pay double. Simply extorsión.

I arrived in the evening about 8.30pm to find no reception open and have to wait for a man to check in. When we got to the room, the bed was not made, there were no towels in the bathroom and I had to return to the bar until ready. During my 4 night stay the room was never made up though I didnt leave it messy either. You could not make a cup of tea or coffee as no kettle or small pot available. At no point were there tea towels in the kitchen area or soaps supplied for the bathroom. Biggest problem of all NO WI/FY available. Not much to do locally either, its feels remote and near a run down area. Oh yeah, the fridge was the noisiest thing ever and it took me 2 days to work out it was the fridge, non stop drumming noise coming from it so I unplugged it each evening and then plugged it back in in the morning!!!

Personal and Managers are available and kind. The rooms are clean and the view on the sea is beautiful. It s one of the best apart hotel you can find at this so competitive price. It s an appartement hotel with a cafeteria who s people are charming and always ready to adapt to your needs. WiFi is good, high speed at the cafetaria but not available in the rooms (size of the gotel). Security is good as a private company is controlling persons and cars in particular during the night. Recommended for a budget holiday if you want a hub near Gibraltar, Tarifa and Marbella.
