Eine super Wohnung mitten in der Fussgängerzone und alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr sauber und ruhig und mit Allem ausgestattet. Die zwei Badezimmer und der Tiefgaragenplatz waren perfekt. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin und wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

schöne geräumige Wohnung; perfekt für 2 Paare oder Familie wegen der beiden Bäder. Super zentrale Lage, gute Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder inkl. Steckdosen zum Laden der Akkus. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die sich ggf. schnell um alles kümmert.

Unsere Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und mega sauber....das hat extra Punkte verdient 😃. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich. Die Altbauwohnung ist eine Reise wert. Nur morgens war es durch die Anlieferung etwas laut....das mit dem Dauerparken in der Tiefgarage hat auch gut geklappt. Wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden

A very clean and large apartment in the middle of the charming town Neustad an der Weinstrasse. There is more than enough room in the kitchen / livingroom and the 3 bedrooms are also spacious. Having 2 bathrooms is very convenient when traveling with a group. There is free parking for 1 car in an underground garage a few minutes walking distance. Michaela gave us a warm welcome and lots of information about the area and the vinyards, which are plenty around. We had a great stay!

Nothing, everything was better than expected!
