Bungalow el Valle in Puerto Rico with Jacuzzi

Great place nice and quiet.

Everything was good.

The star of our vacation was of course jacuzzi in our apartment, that we used all day round and were very pleased with that. There was even enough hot water for the night round inside the apartement’s bath. Also the dining room, bedrooms and citchen were well equipped - you could cook everything and wash the laundry. We stay’d there 12 nights and it felt like home.

The stairs did not have handrails for order people.

We had bad weather on our package holiday and decided to stay on for two extra nights at this little gem. Such a shame we didn't stay here from the start of the holiday. Felt like home and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nice terrace with jacuzzi, friendly and helpful host.

Uncomfortable bed and sofa, worn out kitchenware, lack of dishwasher.

The property was spotless. It was really well equipped , having everything we needed for our stay

Mattress in the front room wasn’t as comfortable as the one in the back bedroom and the couch was a bit uncomfortable. It was hard to find fault with the property and these were minor

I must clearly explain why I have given this apartment a poor review. Firstly, as mentioned in an earlier review, there are two very loud dogs that will wake you as early as 6.20 in the morning. Forget any sleep after they start barking as they live only a couple meters from the property. Secondly, the information about this apartment fails to make clear that it is located in a quiet residential zone where all the neighbours are mature or retired people. Noise and music are strictly forbidden and the neighbours will call the police. The description on Booking.com needs to accurately state that the property is in a residential area and excessive noise is illegal. Having a jacuzzi as a selling point is somewhat misleading because it could imply you can party here. You cannot. Thirdly, the jacuzzi is cold and very loud. It probably needs a serious service. Removal would be better in light of my comments above and below. This property would ideally suit mature guests who value privacy and peace (and dogs). It is not appropriate for anyone who plans on playing music. Although the apartment has two double bedrooms, it is probably better suited to two guests because the space available in the kitchen is not large and the unusable jacuzzi takes up a lot of the patio.
