La piscina estaba limpia y el segurita fue súper amable

La habitación no tenía ninguna vista solo daba a un barranco.Habia que bajar y subir muchísimas escaleras.Lo más desagradable es que había un gallo suelto y desdé las 5 de la mñn nos despertaba no descansemos nada.

"MUY MALA ATENCIÓN"

La experiencia fue muy negativa. A la llegada nos exigieron una fianza de 100€ por apartamento que no estaba informada en la reserva. El alojamiento no es accesible, hay escaleras obligatorias incluso para llegar al ascensor, lo cual es muy incómodo viajando con un bebé. Durante la estancia el ascensor se averió, empeorando aún más la situación. Además, encontramos cucarachas en el apartamento, lo que refleja una falta de higiene importante. El trato del personal de recepción fue inaceptable: malas formas, gritos y ninguna intención de ayudar. Nos retiraron las toallas de las hamacas sin previo aviso y se negaron a darnos solución. Incluso se nos negó el uso de hamacas mientras una de ellas estaba ocupada por una persona no alojada vinculada al personal, lo que demuestra un trato desigual hacia los clientes. Por último, aceptaron una ampliación de salida por 30€ y después se negaron a cumplir lo acordado sin justificación. En general, falta de transparencia, mala gestión y muy mala atención al cliente.
