"Gorgeous week away at Roslara September 2025"

I loved the pool and gorgeous Annie. I visited 3 years ago and returned. She remembered me. Cleaner was lovely,thorough and polite. Apartment very clean. Liked that there is a security man on site until 4am. Felt safe . All staff lovely. Will definitely be returning in November.

I did not like waiting until 3pm for my room to be available. My flight from UK arrived at 10.30am. I caught bus and arrived at apartment by 12pm. I can appreciate that rooms have to be cleaned. Can you add time if arrival.in the booking form and make sure a room is available for those that arrive earlier than 3pm? This was a big negative for me. Pillows are not good. I prefer UK flat pillows.
