Very modern Apartment with everything you could ever need. The kitchen extremely well equipped and the views while you are cooking are breathtaking. The apartment is spacious and everything is designed and decorated with good taste. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is very modern with a big shower.

No air conditioning available in the apartment and it's getting quite hot after the sun shines in the first part of the day directly on the apartment's walls and windows. The terrace furniture is old and quite uncomfortable. The private parking space is tiny. Unless you have a really small car you will not be able to park there and you will have to rely on the few free parking spaces on the street.

Excellent location over the beach in Puerto Rico. Magnificent view both from the apartment and from the pool area. Quiet and very well maintained apartment complex. Newly renovated apartment with everything you need. Large, with separate bedroom and big terrace/balcony. Super friendly and fast communicating host.

The bed needs an upgrade. It needs an over mattress on the base spring mattresses, a fitted sheet that does not move and uncover the mattress while sleeping, and clean non-clumpy pillows.

The view from the appartment and its comfort. The quietness of the place. And the perfect location.

The host was very attentive and the instructions were easy to follow. The apartment is amazing with the morning sun, which makes it lovely to enjoy the good weather. Fully equipped and very cozy. Would definitely go back! :)
