Apartamento Aljarafe

The photos reflect the reality. Has enough space for the whole family. The kitchen is complete even with some spices. AC, TV, Washing machine works well. The area is relaxing and quiet. You can have you breakfast outside in the front or rear balcony. It was clean with fresh towels and highgene materials we available. If you ever need something just check the many drowers and probably you will find it. The host looks professional, although we didn't met. The host sent us detailed instructions couple of days before our stay on how to reach the apartment, find our free parking just under the apartment and to collect the keys. The Neighbors in the next apartment was nice and helped us once when we lost electricity for few minutes. It easy to get to city center withen 20 min with car. Overall we were happy with our stay and would repeat it.

One must watch his head carefully in the upper level. I recommend to cover sharp corners with some soft material or put some reflection stecer for safety.

I liked the peaceful location. The host was proactive and explained everything to the detail. The house was clean and well organized.

We loved the location and the quiet surroundings. The apartment was convenient to Seville and shopping at the local Carrefour. There was also spacious parking on site though you will have to walk a short distance and climb some stairs to get to the apartment.

Our stay at this apartment was incredibly disappointing. The photos online were misleading; the apartment was dirty and suffering from water damage, resulting in mold. There was also a foul sewer smell the whole time we were there. Thin walls meant we heard everything from noisy neighbors. Additionally, the doors were drafty, with one lacking any weatherstripping at all. Furthermore, there were hardly any power outlets, and the apartment lacked sufficient electrical capacity to operate multiple appliances simultaneously without tripping the circuit breakers. For instance, we couldn't run the heater and the microwave at the same time. Drafty windows compounded the issue, making the heater ineffective, and the wind whistling through the gaps made sleep difficult. Overall, it was a far cry from the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. Steer clear of this place.

Great beds, ample pillows, large and well furnished, full compliment of nice dishes, very clean, soap powders provided, washer and dishwasher. We had two couples here cooking and relaxing comfortably. Very good value for money.

We liked that the parking was easy, and that we could get into the apartment easily.

1. There were several cockroaches in our apartment. Yes, we’re in the south and one or two can happen but we killed 5 in the first 24 hours and where out for over 12 of those. 2. The pool is seasonal. One main reason we booked the apartment was the pool for our children. But we couldn’t even get into the area where the pool is. 3. We tried to reach someone from the apartment. No one understood us and they hung up. We had to call several times again till someone understood a little English. Not the worst, but just as information for other people. 4. The cleanliness was below average. Hair in the bathroom and other stuff. 5. The dishwasher was broken. Yes, not listed, but still to see on the pictures. So we thought there would be one. 6. The stove is bad. Top left corner doesn’t work at all, left side is fully powered on 1, the other on two. Also not the worst on our stay, but maybe good to know. 7. Yes, the apartment kind of looks like on the pictures, but it’s run down and way darker. 8. A grown up person, taller than 160 cm, can’t fully stand up on the second floor. We travel a lot, but this is one of the worst flats we’ve ever been to.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the apartment and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished to the highest standard with two balconies ( with sitting arrangements) front and back. I utilised one for my morning breakfast and one for reading book in calm surroundings. Not only was the apartment beautifully decorated, but it was also incredibly well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the fully-equipped kitchen, everything was provided to make my stay as convenient and hassle-free as possible. But what really set this apartment apart from others was the value for money it offered. The rent was incredibly reasonable, making it an ideal option for anyone looking for high-quality accommodation on a budget. The area surrounding the apartment was also surprisingly calm and peaceful. I was able to enjoy a restful and rejuvenating stay, thanks to the serene and tranquil atmosphere of the apartment and its surroundings. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a calm and peaceful area, without breaking the bank.
