S našim víkendovým pobytom sme boli veľmi spokojní. Recepční boli vždy veľmi príjemní a nápomocní. Izba bola čistá, so všetkým vybavením. Parkovacie miesta boli dostupné a kryté strieškou. V sobotu sme si zarezervovali wellness na 20:00 a keďže hostia pred nami boli dlhšie v šatni, pani recepčná sa nám ospravedlnila za čakanie a navrhla nám, že môžeme ostať vo wellnese o niečo dlhšie. Wellness bol dostatatočne veľký, s vírivkou, 3 saunami a studeným bazenikom. Poloha hotela je veľmi dobrá, cca 15-20min pešo do Starého Smokovca. Tiež oceňujem užitočné informácie, ktoré nám ubytovateľ poslal do správy. Určite sa sem radi vrátime.
