Apartmán Oliver, Primo, Starý Smokovec

Everything was great. Good information and communication with the host. All details were clear as the apartman. Even for 4 people it is really comfortable. Also it was great to have private parking place. If you plan a hiking trip from Stary Smokovec it is a perfect location to start since it is in the center.

Perfect location. Modern, clean, well equipped accommodation.

Central location in a lovely tourist village with great rail connections in amazing mountain scenery. The layout, furnishings, contents etc were as expected.

Major issues: A suitable sheet was not provided for the lounge sofa bed; the sofa bed has no corners over which to fit the very stretchy fitted sheet, so it was useless. The message we sent to get this resolved was ignored. Also we had to chase the owner for the access code to the apartment on arrival due to a delay in our SMS service, but it should have been sent via booking.com like other providers do, not SMS. Minor issues: Prominent notices on the stairs etc about recycling, but no code was provided to access the locked recycling area. And the kettle should have been replaced due to a broken lid.
