Everything was smooth from the checkin to the checkout. There is all you need and everything was perfect.

2nd time I was there and again not disappointed at all. The host was approachable and reacted almost in real-time. Perfect for my stay

I spent 8 days in an absolutely beautiful place, very quiet and luxurious. The studio is as in the description, incredibly comfortable beds, kitchen with everything and a very modern bathroom. The balcony has a place to take coffee and dry towels and a view of a wonderful garden. The building in which the studio is located is very clean, with air conditioning, silent elevator and magnetic locks. The underground paid parking was safe. Moreover, the entire complex was monitored non-stop and very safe. Inside the complex there were 2 swimming pools (one with a jacuzzi) with recirculated sea water that was very clean. Because there was a red flag at sea, we only stayed at the pool and it was amazing. Good restaurants nearby, also a supermarket and Lidl very close. A very nice restaurant was going to be opened right next to the complex. Our host, Milen, waited for us with coffee and cold water, introduced us to the location and promptly answered all our questions. Communication was a 10. I hope to come back next summer! P.S. Excellent and fast communication with the owner. Very polite, kind and helpful for everything I needed. NO STRESS!! ALL PERFECT!! He thought of all the details in the fully equipped kitchen with everything mentioned in the offer. Quiet, clean, well-kept studio, air conditioning, excellent WI-FI, TV in many foreign languages. In a card access location, it has wonderful gardens for relaxation with swimming pools, deckchairs, umbrellas, shower, toilet. Quiet area, about 15 minutes walk to the center / seafront. Location close to the sea SOUTH BEACH/Elias Beach. At the exit from the complex there is a supermarket, well equipped . We recommend wholeheartedly
