The entire setup is well thought out and structured. Staff are polite. Owner lives near by. I got a GST bill as mine was an official trip and require GST invoice for reimbursement. Spacious, clean house. Gas stove, induction stovetop, utensils were avaialble in the kitechen. A/C in both rooms and the owner said he is installing A/C in the hall as well.

1. No microwave 2. No mosquito net for window 3. Exhaust fan in kitchen is wired together with tubelight, so each time light is wsitched on, the exhaust fan also runs, which is a waste of resources. 4. The street the leads to the apartment from the main road is like a downhill from the main road, so evening walks feel like going on trekking. 5. Food is expensive in Trivandrum, so better to stay in apartments like this and cook own food for long duration stays.

Clean apartment located in a peaceful area with all necessary facilities. The staff were polite. Overall had a wonderful stay.

The property is located in a small lane opposite the medical college.the apartment is safe,spacious. But we had issues with cleanliness as the sheets and pillowcases were not too clean and had strands of hair. access to Swiggy,uber etc is good and the wifi is good too. Other facilities like washing machine was good too but the machine had to be cleaned before use. Other than the issue of slightly soiled bedsheets and pillowcases I would say it is a great place to stay.we were unable to ask them to change as each evening we would reach only past 9.30 pm and no one was available and could not be reached over the phone either .
