Nothing is to say positive about the villa.

Nobody was present to attend us at check in time. One of the three rooms was full of insects and ants. We also faced man made (intentional) power cut of the rooms to save power consumption due to air conditioning. When we pointed out the issue of cleanliness, the owner asked us very rudely to vacate the villa and to checkout. We , the senior citizen group, had never seen such rough and violent behaviour of any homestay or hotel owner across India. We decided to stay in the villa based on earlier reviews which didn't match with our experience. Our sincere request to all travellers to avoid the villa , unless you might have to face similar odds during your stay.

Everything was excellent......the annie aunty is helping nature.......ech one of us liked her nature with behaviour..... Her Villa makes us feel like home.....we all loved it 😍

The quietness of the place and the location at walkable distance from Kovalam beach

Cleanliness could be improved especially in the kitchen (fridge was dirty)

Very near to kovalam beach. Nice property can accommodate 8 ppl easily.

We loved our stay at Annie's villa. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The property is very spacious and has ample parking space too. Location is close to kovalam beach. There is a kitchen too and the main hall has 2 dining tables and plenty of chairs. The wifi was stable too. Overall very happy with our stay. Will visit again
