"A not so good experience with my parents coming to see my in HYDERABD for the FIRST TIME..."

Hot water from tap. Air conditioning There is nothing else to write good.. who will write above lack of tea/coffee.. or some help to get them.. or lack of flask.. or lack of getting food .. I did it on my own.. from neighborhood no body to open the door to put our car inside.. one asks to bring the car inside.. one asks to move it out.. !!! NON SENSE...

Bad behaving staff... blocked us at the entrance for ID's even after informing them that I will send as soft copy... unclean.. environment.. fresh towels not provided on the 2nd day.. no door mat at the bath room.. no fresh air as windows locked.. they behaved very badly with my parents.. they looked not happy at our arrival as they wanted boozing parties .. I may be wrong.. but .. too many things...

Harry's hospitality was exceptional. You get a lot of positive vibes here. The support staff is friendly and goes the extra mile for you.

There isn't anything that I can think of, except may be the number of channels subscribed to on TV
