I was told Break fast was not included.

1) lot of roaches. I killed three and there are lot more. 2) I have booked 3 days before and I called and told that i am coming little bit late, the person in the phone responded that my room is ready. But to my surprise there is no toiletry- I could not take a shower travelling so far. 3) And a small request of mine was not fulfilled - I came with my kids at 7.30 PM, a very late checkin. As I have kids and my flight is at 5 PM, I requested, Can I checkout 1 hr late. I was asked to pay 1500!!. So I had to check out at the exact time.

You don’t have anything to like at all. The stuffs were so rude. They are the worst stuffs anyone could have. Too rude unprofessional.
