Beena Homestay

We stayed here for two days and had a very pleasant experience. The stay was neat, comfortable, and well maintained. The host and owner were extremely humble and supportive throughout our stay. Despite being a senior person, his warmth and down-to-earth nature made us feel completely at home. The property has a common area equipped with a kettle and refrigerator, which was quite convenient. The terrace setup is another highlight — a lovely space to relax and unwind. The pricing is reasonable for the comfort and facilities provided. In terms of location, the place is peaceful yet well connected. Good restaurants, the railway station, bus stand, and metro are all within 1–1.5 km, making travel easy. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Очень чисто и комфортно, гостеприимный хозяин. Оборудованный и красивый гостевой дом. Приятно в нем находиться. Даже внешне дом выглядит празднично и очень эффектно.

В январе в комнате холодно. Дополнительного отопления нет.

Stay Duration: 25 December to 28 December (3 nights) We stayed at Beena Homestay for three nights during our visit to Jaipur. Pros: The homestay is located in the city centre, making it convenient to access nearby markets and tourist attractions.

Areas for Improvement / Cons: 1. We had booked a room suitable for a family with three beds; however, the room had three separate single beds instead of a proper double bed, which was slightly uncomfortable while staying with a small child. 2. The mattresses were quite hard and caused discomfort during the stay. 3. The quilts provided appeared old and did not have proper covers, which affected comfort and hygiene. 4. Basic homestay services such as room service were not readily available and had to be requested each time. 5. The tea cups provided were made of plastic and were of very poor quality, which did not give a pleasant experience. 6. Overall, the stay did not fully meet our expectations in terms of comfort, amenities, and hospitality. 7. The owner seemed more focused on collecting payment, while basic hospitality services were missing Constructive Suggestion: To further improve guest experience, the owner may consider visiting Pushkar Art and Cooking Homestay in Pushkar to understand how a homestay can be run with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. Their approach toward guests and the delicious home-cooked food they serve truly reflect what a homestay experience should feel like. Overall Experience: While Beena Homestay benefits from a good location, attention to guest comfort, service quality, and hospitality standards would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Very good location and quality of services is absolutely exceptional and the room was very clean and own is a very humble person and he has taken care of us.. near the Market and historical places..

Sauber, freundlicher Gastgeber, grosses Zimmer, sehr gute Dusche.

We love staying in Homestays and the host is such a lovely gentleman. We were welcomed with a traditional Indian welcome and fed cake as well
