Excellent family-friendly customer service Felt like home, and it is located near main road, restaurants, sweetshops, bakery's, and Jaipur attractions Very spacious rooms Access to the kitchenette with microwave and kettle was a great option for families Professional chef cooks breakfast and lunch ondemand from an Al-carte menu for those who wish to save time and have quality homemade food. The host is very friendly and caring. Be sure to ask for tips on shopping, the local attractions, and the way to see Jaipur.

There is nothing to dislike. Only feedback was carrying luggage up the stairs to the second floor where our room was located was a little difficult. Shouldn't be an issue for those who are travelling with less luggage.

Best homestay. Highly recommend every body to stay as highly neat and clean, value for money,decent rooms centrally located .Near to market.

Owner is talkative and always watching so lack of privacy in living area . Kitchen gadgets and Utensils were very limited and was not on same floor. Fully equipped kitchen on the very same floor was not available. I did NOT like Plastic utensils.

Rooms are too good, and also kitchen

It was super clean and the room was nice. We really recommend the fruit plate for breakfast which included many different kind of fruits. In total the house was well appointed. It was a good location for couples.

After we have booked our room we didn't see the messages of the guest house that we have to confirm our booking within 24 hours to our host. So the room was already given to an other person for the first night which was our mistake as well, because we didn't see the messages. So in future it might be an option to confirm by credit card, so this won't happen to other people or to just call the people who have booked the room and ask if the really want to come, because most of them are traveling as well and don't check their mails all the time. When we arrived at Beena we had to bargain a bit to keep to our budget and to be able to stay at Beena homestay for the first night. In the beginning only the more expensive room was offered to us and after talking for a while, we got offered an other room which was cheaper. At the end we were happy with the solution but in the beginning we felt a bit uncomfortable because of the bargaining situation in the beginning.
