On the positive side, the service was exceptionally good. The staff was always attentive and helpful, whether it was ordering a meal, arranging room cleaning, or assisting us with luggage. Their efforts really stood out and made us feel taken care of.

On the negative side, the apartment itself was in very poor condition. The paint was peeling throughout, and the shower had visible mold. The hot water ran out completely after just one person’s shower, which was very inconvenient. The kitchenette was poorly equipped, with only a microwave oven and a water kettle – no stove or proper cooking facilities – and there were no cutleries available. The water tap in the kitchen was leaking constantly, so we had to shut off the main valve under the sink ourselves. The balcony was dirty, covered in bird droppings, and the exterior of the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Electrical wires were hanging loose, even in the bathroom, which felt potentially life-threatening. The breakfast was always the same three items, which quickly became boring, so we decided to order separately instead. The location is only convenient if you travel by your own car. However, the car parking is also in a desperate state and has no lift access. It seems that the entire building has not been properly maintained since it was built. We would have gladly moved to a different apartment, but unfortunately, there were no other appartment available during our stay.
