Great view, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

There were some cleanliness issues but the care taker lives on site, so these were resolved. Construction is going on in the building, so it can get noisy during the day.

Everything was good. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Nice peaceful location with plenty of light and good air. Has everything available from the kitchen to the washing machine... Good for families who would like to have a homestay. Try to take the rooms in the upper floors.

Wifi was weak.

We liked the place as it made us feel homely,and best for a family trip where we didn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of a new place,but also enjoy the newness of the place which was made possible at this location.would suggest it for everyone who are interested in enjoying the calm and serene atmosphere of Goa.

Faced a small problem in the parking,and there was no light in turn towards the property.
