Great location amidst a lot of greenery, just off Law College Road, adjoining FTII. The room was perfect for a one night stay. While we didnt order meals, the tea and breakfast served was very homely, very good. The owners of the property are themselves running this place and interacting with Mr. Dilip Bonde was a pleasure. Attentive, not intrusive.

Just a couple of things. While there is a phone to call from the room, no one picked up the several times we called. We had to step out and ask for help. Secondly, I wanted to catch the IND vs ENG match over the weekend, but that channel wasnt subscribed to in that particular room.

It’s a peaceful locality yet near to Main Street with lot of cafes, shops etc. the property is well maintained and well kept. Dilip, the owner is gentle and courteous. The breakfast of Pohe and Sheera was home cooked and very scrumptious. There is a big sit out balcony outside the rooms.

Nothing as such.

The place was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was really good, but the food that stay was offering was little bit high, it would be perfect if the food prices are little bit reduced.

It was indeed a very beautiful stay with all the facilities. Felt like home. It's a beautiful place with great location.
