I didn't like anything. Since there js a column about what did I like, I am writing this. The room was clean. There was a sitting area near room which had several sofas and balcony but that too was so much deceiving when I saw it online and booke hotel, it looks like it is personal area but in actual it is coomon area for all rooms in the whole building.

The main problem was this apartment owner. He was very rude and aggressive person who argued unnecessary, behaviour was unacceptable. I cannot even imagine how can someone speak this way with the customer. I booked the room for 3 persons, the price was 3920 /- The booking showed this price. He told me you have to pay 4500 /- because he will charge foe extra bed. He wanted to cheat me. I told him to show his laptop, he couldn't show 4500/- anywhere in his booking details. He then spoke in very bad manner. Such a small room, there was already a sofa cum bed there.... for which he wanted to scam me.... He was telling me have some shame and don't pay any money if you don't want too, then suddenly argued and started fighting and wasting my time. His laptop showed exactly 3920 rupees as the booking price even then he had audacity to talk to me in such a manner. These people spoil whole vacation of tourists and potray bad image about the city. Such a beautiful and nice city pune is, there should not be place for such people here, I request people to avoid his apartment at any cost!! Please be aware of such people who just want to make money by cheating others, shameless person. The bees also entered the room in morning when I opened window. He should have also told about it but no information I had. The bees bite me on my hand also. Rooms: Small room for 3 persons, the owner just publishes the rooms for any no. of people so that people can just once make the online booking. There is no free cancellation, you have to pay whole price. They clearly violate booking.com policies here. Scammer and cheater! Nearby activities: Some restaurants are at a distance of 1 km Safety: The bees bite my hand in morning after I had opened the window. Owner didn't inform this. So not safe Noteworthy details: Expensive. You will not get any service here. Deceiving photos and details in booking dot com.

It is an immaculate little oasis in Pune. Dilipe is the perfect helpful host and has thought of everything to make a stay wonderful, drinking water teas, breakfasts hot water and everything working and spotless thoroughly recommended

Tranquil location in a quiet neighbourhood. Rooms are clean and hygenic. Host was receptive to my requests. Enjoyed the morning breakfast

The guy running the place was super nice and took good care of us. In addition, the room had great facilities.
