Poor behaviour by the receptionist/host At check-out time, he pounded on the door repeatedly to inform about the timing. While leaving we told him our opinion, not to knock and to call our number instead and that would be the best way to inform check out. Instead of communicating back in a courteous manner,he refused to hear what we had to say and instead boss out his experience on room service and even questions us, demanding us to leave. Expected a courteous reply but this guy failed. Used to book rooms from here but not any more.
