Buona posizione e comodo però diverse cose da rivedere, tanto per cominciare la disponibilità del host che non rispondeva ai messaggi. Non abbiamo trovato due posti letto (che da prenotazione c’erano), porte con serratura difettosa, cartelli di ripulire la cucina sennò addebitavano somme aggiuntive.

La critica maggiore va alla non risposta del host, a seguire il fatto che mancavano letti preparati e serratura difettosa.

L’emplacement est facile d’accès (parking à proximité payant de 10h à 16h) L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé

Porte de douche cassée et lavabo fissuré mais rien de dérangeant Rideau côté rue qui est transparent

Wonderful location with a balcony. We got ice cream right across the parking lot. Bonus.

It was a spacious apartment, situated in an old traditional Islandic building, very close to the City center, with a parking just in front.

The apartment should have some little reparations, as the shower cabin or the sofa.

Great, cozy, clean apartment in the center of Akureyri. The kitchen had everything you need, the beds were very comfortable. We were very happy that there was a washing machine, because during our 12-day trip there was only one night where we could do our laundry :)

The apartment is in the city center, parking right at the door (but on weekdays paid during the daytime).

The kettle has a broken handle and it's really scary that it will fall with boiling water and spill! it's dangerous!! The window to the balcony is dirty and there are two spiders living on it from the street side. For our family it's very unpleasant. The shower glass in the bathroom is broken, it's glued together with tape somehow. And if you demand clean and dry dishes from clients, you could at least provide some means for this (sponges, rags) other than a brush and soap.
