Location and excellent comms. Even saw the Northern Lights from the balcony.

Location close to all shops.

We need to buy more toilet paper and bath wash.

Excellent location minutes from main street and less than 20 mins walk from bus station. Nice and warm. Good facilities. Comfortable mattresses. Good communication from staff.

Noisy neighbours above and main front door banging woke us up quite a lot. My Friends struggled to find the entrance when they first arrived (but they hadn’t watched the video which was sent).

Location was perfect! The flat was lovely and warm, beds were comfortable and living area was great.

Wish there was more mugs/cups etc and the cold water ran out on the last night so we couldn’t drink tap water

The location of the hotel is in the city centre and walking distance to the shops. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The equipment provided in the hotel is meeting our needs and expectations. The staff responding to our enquiries very fast.

We are staying upstairs and the people that staying downstairs were quite noisy even though its already very late in the night. Luckily it was only during the first night. We had peaceful second night at the hotel.

Great Location.

Few minor things but nothing I can really complain about for the price.
